Hello Yogawave community,

My name is Indy and I am the new owner of Yogawave! I am ecstatic to introduce myself to you all in the coming weeks and months.

Yogawave is such an awesome New Zealand small business! When I first saw Yogawave, what jumped out to me was sustainable and ethical fashion. All things I am particularly passionate about. I am so proud to have been handed the reins by the lovely Olivia.

I have heaps of awesome ideas and products planned for Yogawave so watch this space -think natural fibres and thrifty fits!

I will also endeavour to keep you posted on my personal journey with Yogawave, sustainability and adventure.

Fun fact: The Sea lion behind me appeared out of the water as I was being photographed on the day I brought Yogawave. These beauties are one of the rarest species of seal and are endemic to New Zealand.

🌊 I’m officially handing over Yogawave to a passionate wāhine who shares the same values, ethics, and drive that built this little biz. I’m beyond excited to watch Yogawave grow from the sidelines and am so grateful for the incredible support from this community.

You’re all amazing humans – thank you for backing a business that puts people and the planet first. Keep an eye out for the new owner intro + exciting teasers of what’s to come… it’s gonna be good.

Exciting Opportunity! 🧘🏼‍♀️🌊

Just a girl who loves the ocean, island life, and helping others to live their best life while also looking after the planet. My goal for Yogawave was to develop a one-stop-shop for comfort, adventure & sustainability as well as an amazing community of likeminded people.

Building YW has been an incredible journey over the last 18 months! I’ve loved developing vendor partnerships, attending market days, seeing our amazing customers in sustainable YW goods, and collaborating with designers on a full rebrand and exclusive prints (some from yet to be released!).

It’s a project close to my heart, but I’m ready to pass it on to someone with the time, vision, and investment to take it to the next level. (Maybe somewhere warmer 😜)

Thankyou so much for your support in the last 18ish months!! Every like, comment, market visit, order and lovely email review has been the most amazing journey! Due to personal reasons, Yogawave will be closed over the summer break while we recoup & focus on the next level for the brand, and focusing on some aligning partnerships.
