Kia ora angry customer that I can't contact because you blocked me.

I appreciate you reaching out and understand your frustration. I want to clarify a few things so everything is transparent.

From October to early January, I was handling over 2,000 orders per week—by myself. I have always done my best, but I have also learned that the saying “the customer is always right” doesn’t always hold true. Despite the workload, I personally ensured your order was resent at my own expense, including the Naku Noa revitalizing foot pads, which tracking shows were delivered.

I did not block you, nor have I ever tried to avoid accountability. I’m not a scammer, nor did I make big money if any from this venture—despite the volume of orders as there was no markup I wanted our site to pay for itself so to speak adding 1 to 2 dollars to pay for the payment and site fees... And honestly.... im secretly proud that with that number of orders there are only a handful of unhappy fellas like yourself.. did this to prove a point about Māori consumerism and to create something meaningful for our people in that time.

That being said, I do apologise for any inconvenience. My website and stock have now completely changed and keeps changing weekly and while I still have a few orders to fix up, yours is not one of them. I have honored my end by resending the package out of my own putea. Which I have done quite a few times with other others orders etc like sizing was wrong. If the courier tracking shows delivery, I cannot take responsibility beyond that... more than twice. Nga mihi.
