Five years of Seams n Stitches 🤍

This month marks five years since I started my sewing business here in Gore, and I just want to say a big thank you to everyone who has supported me along the way.

This picture is me working on campervan curtains together with my husband and daughter. My husband is often the helping hands behind the scenes, especially with upholstery jobs where pieces need taking apart, sanding, polishing, fixing and putting back together. It really is a team effort at times, and I’m so grateful for the support and all the lovely jobs I’ve been able to work on over the past five years.

Thank you to every customer who has messaged, shared my page, recommended me, or trusted me with something special. Here’s to many more years of sewing, repairs, alterations, curtains, upholstery and giving well-loved pieces a new life.

This dress had a high front split, so a soft sheer panel was added to give the client a little more coverage while still keeping the beautiful drape and movement of the dress.
