We try our best to describe our products as accurately as possible, however due to different lighting conditions, colours may appear different. Items and patterns may appear larger or smaller in pictures, so please refer to the size or measurement in product descriptions or enquire directly to confirm. iimages of tape measures on garments to indicate size will not be accepted under any circumstances in terms of measurements, you have the option to either send correct body measurements or the original garment to be copied if this is the service you require. OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

Stock levels are updated regularly, but in some cases we may not be able to supply all items on your order due to fabric shortages. We will endeavour to provide open dialogue to source an alternative fabric should the fabric be out of stock. GOODS IN TRANSIT

Upon the item being made - shipping will take approx 3-5 working days to reach you. REFUNDS/RETURNS



We will fully refund you on any returned item/s at our discretion if for any reason you are dissatisfied with the item/s you have purchased from us, providing that:



The product has not been used and is not soiled

The product has not been damaged. The returned product is accompanied by the original receipt. The product is returned to us in its original undamaged packaging. The product must be returned within 7 days of receipt. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OF CHANGE OF MIND PURCHASES AND WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR INCORRECT MEASUREMENTS SENT TO US FOR CUSTOM MAKES.
