Hi, I’m Rebecca Pearson, the owner of Red Streetwear here in Hokitika. I was born and raised on the beautiful West Coast, and after spending a few years travelling the world, and a stint (and our second baby!) in Raumati South, my husband and I came back home, to raise our family here, so they could enjoy the free and easy childhood we both had. Red Streetwear is my passion projectβ€”a store that br

ings together a mix of surf, street, and fashion brands that I love and believe in. In a small town you have to try to cover all bases for customers, so our motto is "We have something for Everyone!' It’s always been important to me to create a space that feels welcoming and friendly, and reflects the unique style and spirit of our close knit local community. Now that my daughters are grown and finding their own way in the world, I enjoy spending my time not only at the store but also out tramping, biking, travelling, watching sport, reading, and soaking up time with family and friends whenever I can. Thanks for supporting localβ€”it genuinely means the world to me.
