The business was started in 2017 and ran previously under the name Tuatara Outdoor Gear prior to a Trade Mark request to not use the name Tuatara in 2021. The new name of the business has been Trade Marked as ๐๐ˆ๐†๐‡๐“ ๐Ž๐–๐‹ ๐Ž๐”๐“๐ƒ๐Ž๐Ž๐‘ ๐†๐„๐€๐‘. The bus

iness has been run by Ian & Ann Crossen since they purchased it in 2018. Ann has had many years of experience sewing canvas products has recently sold her other business that made and supplied Horse Covers.

Our product range includes oilskin jackets and vests, leather bags, dog coats, motor bike mittens, garden arm and leg protectors, horse exercise rugs with Hi-Vis optional and exercise boots, reusable car rubbish bags, jumper lead bags and continues to grow.

We are pleased to support, by attending the 112th Annual Banks Peninsula A & P Association - Little River Show, this year at the picturesque Awa-iti domain, Little River. Duck Back oilskin reconditioning cream helps extend the life and improves the look of your oilskin products and can be applied by hand or cloth, paying special attention to seams.
