Has anyone watched Pinks documentary called All I know so far? Pink is such an incredible mother doing it all and struggling with mum guilt just like a lot of us mums. Some days motherhood feels like a piece of cake, like your nailing it and then the next you feel like you are questioning yourself and praying your not screwing these small humans up. No mother is perfect and no child is either, you just have to keep learning and trying your best.

Trust your instincts

My favourite piece of advice for new parents is there is no right way to do something. Trust YOUR instincts.
If we all spent a little less time judging others and ourselves, imagine how much more time we’d have to simply enjoy what is really important - our families
