Ok folks! Just 2 days away from LAUNCH DAY!
Join us at the Isel Park Twilight Market on Thursday 26 October from 4 to 7pm.
Bring the family (including your pooch!) down for a fun evening. Bring a picnic, enjoy the local food carts, fruit and veg, arts and crafts, and live music.
Boomerang bags will be launching our bags, after 9 months and nearly 300 bags made!
We are a NOT FOR PROFIT GROUP OF VOLUNTEERS, passionate about reducing plastic pollution.
Our aim for this launch is to raise awareness of the effects of plastic pollution, offer a grassroots solution, and get people involved in our community.
* Business owners interested in offering these FREE bags to their customers as an alternative to plastic bags, are encouraged to come down and chat to us, and take bags away with them.
* Bought to support bags available
* Sew At Home Kits of precut fabric are available to take home, to sew and keep, or donate. (No charge)

It may feel good to recycle old clothes, but it does little to reduce fashion's huge environmental impact.

Can't stress this enough - fast fashion is rubbish - and its polluting our planet! Have old clothes you no longer wear? Turn them into cleaning rags as not everything gets recycled even if you take it to a secondhand shop!
