Ok. So last term I gave up. Having only 2 days out of 4 weeks when all 3 kids were at school and us all getting Covid, was all too much. But today I'm sitting in my sewing room with the sun coming in, sewing these cute bee pads. But....after managing full attendance for a WHOLE week, I have a daughter home from school sick...OMG 🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️

So... the plan after having one child off school for 6 weeks and then the school holidays with 3 home for 2 weeks, was that I would have last week off to do whatever I wanted and start pad sewing again yesterday. So what do you think happened yesterday?...Littlest home sick. And today? Yip THREE home sick 🤧😳. Gees! I have blocked out the whining and have managed to get the core stitching done on this little stack. I got asked to do some floral pads. Hopefully these three pretty fabrics fit the bill perfectly ✅🌷🌻. Who knows what tomorrow will bring and if I'll ever manage to sew enough for a website restocking, ever again 🤷‍♀️😩. Off out to pick up more Covid tests and ☕ ☕ .
