💙 LOCAL MOTUEKA BUSINESS SPOTLIGHT: Meet Christine-Jane (CJ).
Some people come into your life at exactly the right moment, some people stay for exactly the right reason.
Christine-Jane came back into mine when I needed her most. We grew up together, lost touch for years, the way life sometimes goes. In 2014, I found myself in the darkest, most frightening place I have ever been. I had been to eight or nine doctors over as many months. No one had answers. I was in agony. I couldn't be touched. My daughters couldn't hold my hand. Travelling was unbearable. I genuinely thought I was going crazy.
She sat with me in that. She didn't just treat me. She held me together. She is one of the main contributing factors to my remission.
What she did through her work, and the care she gave, helped change the trajectory of everything. I was eventually diagnosed with Complex Regional Pain Syndrome, a severe nervous system condition. And I truly believe that Christine-Jane saved my sanity... and quite possibly my life.
She is one of the main reasons I moved back to Motueka. Christine-Jane and her partner Gareth are the kind of people who show up for everyone around them, quietly, consistently, without needing any recognition for it. Always helping someone move house, or some other kindness, always there when it matters.
Christine-Jane is a naturopath of the highest calibre. She is smart, deeply caring, switched on, and genuinely gifted at what she does. She also does dog walking with Delightful Dogs because... of course she does, she loves animals as much as she loves people.
If you are looking for someone who will truly listen, who will look at the whole picture, and not just the symptoms, Christine-Jane is your person.
