Hey team,
It is with a heavy heart we share that Talk Vintage will be closing down for the foreseeable future.
We began this journey at the start of the year, what was a fleeting idea turned into an operating small business in less than a month. We’re both the type of people who, when we have ideas we just do them rather than thinking about it too much first (which is sometimes not a good thing). Starting a new business in todays climate is hard, it’s not all aesthetic Instagram posts and lots of sales. It’s hard work, and we never underestimated that but we did underestimate how much the current climate is affecting peoples shopping habits. With that being said, we are starting a new job soon and it is extremely isolated with no service and no access to mail services making it very hard to continue Talk Vintage!
We hope to be back up and running towards the end of 2023, so this isn’t goodbye, it’s just see you later. Thank you so much for all the continued support, we wouldn’t have got this far without all the likes, shares, comments, messages and orders!
