Yeah it can be a bitch dealing with stuff going on in your head, especially this time of year. Do not for one minute think you're alone. There are a lot of us who can relate. There is strength in number's. It's ok to struggle, it's NOT ok to quit. Everyone says: "If you need anything, don't hesitate, I'll be there for you." I'm going to make a bet, without being pessimistic, that out of my family and friends less than 7 will take the time to put this on their wall to help raise awareness of mental health and su***de prevention.
Anxiety and depression are real! So surprise me and prove me wrong!!! 💛💛💛

From everyone here we would like wish everybody a big MERRY CHRISTMAS and the HAPPIEST of NEW YEARS.
It's been a bit of a rough year for all but we have kept our chins up and pulled through. Remembering those that have left us and welcoming those have joined our lives.

Hiya everyone, hope your enjoying this bit of sunshine we have for the moment. Anyway just an up date, after speaking with my doc, she's taken me off all but my chemo drugs and given me permission to go back to work. Which is a good thing cause I got a job working for Mister Minit, full time. Start that on Wednesday. So keep an eye on the UPUPUP clothing store as we are working on some new designs for that.
