My name is Di, I'm a student counsellor completing my practicum with Turning Point Trust, and I'm currently offering free counselling sessions — no Turning Point membership is needed, just a willingness to show up for yourself.

Whether you're navigating stress, big life changes, relationship challenges, or you simply need a safe space to be heard — I'd love to support you. I'm here to listen with care, curiosity, and zero judgment.

Online sessions are available during weekday lunch hours — perfect if you're working and need something that fits around your day. If you're in the Tauranga area, I also offer face-to-face sessions on Fridays at the Turning Point Trust offices, located in the Historic Village on 17th Avenue, Tauranga — a welcoming and familiar spot in the heart of the city.

I'm studying through Manukau Institute of Technology and work under clinical supervision, so you can feel confident you're in good hands.
