Made our furry kid a winter coat today!

He prefers to be an outside dog (even though he’s currently asleep on the mat in Lily and Max’s room) and we prefer it too at night cause he snores so bad! 💤💤

BUT, it’s getting so cold and this boy isn’t a young man any more.

Inner lining is cotton, inside is 100% wool and outer is heavy denim.

Doesn’t he look smart 😍

What do you eat before a long run?
Give me your tips! 👇🏻

Do you know, a 5km run was suggested to me a few months ago and I laughed.

Actually full blown laughed.

Because at the time, it was the most ridiculous suggestion I’d ever heard. I was struggling to run 2km without dying.

I started running less than a year ago and with no intentions to run very far.

I just needed to learn to run fast.

But here we are, a year later - with the running bug, and we’re tossing up a half marathon.

What the actual F**K??! #
