Join art writer Ben Curnow for a lecture about painting as a point of departure and as a returning point in contemporary art this Wednesday at 6pm

A former curator at the Museum of Contemporary Art Australia, art critic, and lecturer in art theory at AUT School of Art and Design, Ben Curnow has published widely and is the editor of several catalogues and books. In this talk, he will offer his own critical reflections on the enduring role of painting within the contemporary art field.
