We believe in minimal waste of our precious resources so we make to order.

Our very first dress the Oh Baby I Like it Raw. Featuring our signature raw edges and made from lush 100% New Zealand milled cotton the very last of its kind. This dress is one of our absolute favourites. Available with or without a pocket. In classic black, Navy, Rose Marle and there is one Organic Grey left in the ready to send Collection too.

Also found a couple of Black Jealous skirts. These have been added to the ready to send collection too. We never discontinue a style you can always order past styles from our made to order collection. We make pieces that are comfortable not what’s on “trend” because comfort never disappoints. 🖤

Found a couple of our Peach Cuffed Box Dresses when I was tidying up the workroom. They have now been added to the Ready to Send Collection in the online store. Made from the softest 100% NZ milled cotton. Perfect for the sunniest of Seasons. 🍑

After a disruptive somewhat crazy year. I have decided to press pause on Fabrik8 for a couple of months. I will still have pieces for sale in our ready to send collection and you can still order from our Fabrik8 on order collection. But I will probably not be releasing many new pieces until 2021. Thank you for your ongoing support of buying locally made. We will let you know when we are ready to press play again. 🖤

We have made some masks. The best thing about these masks is that they don’t have annoying ear loops the elastic goes around behind your head. My husband has been wearing these all week going to work and can confirm they are much more comfortable than the ear loops ones he had been wearing before. Available in a variety of our fabrics, cotton, Merino and linen. Available in the ready to send collection in our online store. Last photos are to show fit are of my husband wearing one I made him in the same shape but out of denim.

Fabrik8 was founded in 2004 in Queenstown. Many years later we are back in a new form. We were more recently called Behold My Cool Style but this year we decided to take it back to where the principles we stand by began as Fabrik8.

We design pieces that are function before fashion. We hope you will wear our pieces for many years to come. We are all about comfort and feeling good. We road test our garments on ladies of all shapes and sizes and make pieces that compliment all of them.
