As we come to our final day tomorrow, my mind keeps going back to the beginning ….. to me in my 30’s, fumbling through motherhood with age 7 and 3 year old boys . Days of juggling sports practices, school holidays, events, and all while being new in business. Days of my oldest telling me La Diva was ‘stink’ and why didn’t I open a toy shop 🤷🏻♀️ , to them playing hide and seek in the shop, or a rugby ball flying past a customers head, or a half sucked lollipop in their newly purchased handbag 👀 Good times lol. Fast forward almost 16 years ( and boy it went fast) to my boys both grown men forging their own paths In the world…. I hope they watched their mum and learnt something lol. I know every decision I made they were always at the front of my mind, they are truly the biggest ‘Loves of my Life’. So much of my family’s lives were intertwined in the shop, births, deaths, huge life events, closing the doors is not easy but a new chapter begins 💕
