My individual nutrition & health coaching program consists of 9 sessions. In each session we review the previous week/fortnight, check in with your goals, establish the focus for the upcoming period, and cover a specific topic for that session. Each session has a unique focus that aims to set you up for long-term success.

Sessions topics include:

The program is flexible and we have the ability to add in extra topics that are needed, and remove those that aren't required. And on top of this you get support, resources, knowledge, tools and the accountability you need to succeed.
