Still here. Still care.
I went quiet for a while - announced closure, processed grief, went to Outward Bound, reshuffled work. Life got messy and loud and I stepped back from the noise.
But fôrs continues. The shop at Hypha stays open. And I’m back to monthly newsletters because apparently some of you actually want to hear the research-backed wellness nerding mixed with real life honesty.
