They say it takes a village โ and when it comes to pulling off an event like the Dragon Boat Nationals, that couldnโt be more true. On behalf of the Nationals Organizing Committee (OC) and the NZDBA, we want to extend our deepest thanks to every single person, team, and organisation who played a part in making this yearโs Nationals one to remember.
From the early planning stages to race day pack-down, the collective effort from our partners, funders, RSOs and clubs, vendors, and supporters was what made it all possible. Itโs not just about what happens on the water โ itโs the village behind the scenes that brings it all to life.
