I've heard a few paua recipes, but you have to try mine. (Crispy paua chips)
4-5 paua straight in fridge (in the shell)
Next day , shuck and will be soft as.
Cut off teeth area,then slice paua 2-3mm thick.
In a bag put corn flour
Salt and pepper
5 spice (if you like a bit of zing)
Pinch of cayenne pepper (etc)
Shake ,then put in a deep fryer or pan with oil.
Fry till crispy.
Now a dipping sauce
Soy sauce and lemon juice.
Add some chopped spring onions and fesh chilli

Drink beer and sample. Delicious.
