Meet the HOKA Rocket X Trail. Built for when the trail opens up and you want to let rip. 🏃

An H-shaped carbon-fibre plate pairs with responsive A-TPU superfoam for a propulsive ride, while a lightweight, breathable upper keeps your foot secure.

Think fast gravel roads and smooth, flowing dirt trails. This one’s made for runnable terrain.

Got a route in mind? Tell us where you’d take them for their first run.

Are you ready to pick up the pace? Shop the HOKA Rocket X Trail: https://www.strideperformance.co.nz/collections/hoka-rocket-x-trail

Hydration shouldn’t interrupt a good walk.

The HydraPak PackFlask Kit keeps 500ml within easy reach on your pack harness, so you spend less time digging for a bottle and more time enjoying the trail.

A high-flow, self-sealing nozzle makes drinking on the move simple, while the flip-open dust cover keeps the nozzle protected. When it’s empty, flatten it, roll it and tuck it away.

And the clever part? The stretch-mesh pouch doubles as storage for your phone, snacks or map when you’re not carrying the flask.

For fast-and-light day hikes and longer adventures, it’s a small upgrade that just makes sense.

Have you tried Maurten Gel Mix 480 yet?

Somewhere between a gel and a drink mix, it offers a new way to fuel your longer sessions. Thicker than a drink mix and looser than a gel, each sachet delivers 120g of carbohydrates when mixed with 200ml of water.

Mix it, flask it, fuel your next big effort. Available now at Stride Performance. Link in the comments below.

Hey everyone, I'm afraid I'm going to have to close Stride for a couple of days (Monday 13th and Tuesday 14th) as I need to head to Invercargill to check on my dad, and essentially to say my goodbyes. You can still of course shop at Trek Trail & Fish in Kamo, or order online at strideperformance.co.nz. We will be back to normal hours Wednesday onwards. Our summer stock has started arriving, including new shoes, new apparel and new hydration vests. See you then. Manda at Stride.
