Dear friends of the network, breeders, producers and marketers of products in alpaca,

I write to you with the greatest of respect and I ask in advance for your understanding for having to share with you a personal situation.

In November 2013, the Peruvian company, Cusco Stores SRL, a locally family owned business in Cusco, exported products to an Australian company, Choobie Wool Australian Pty Ltd (ABN No. 97 163 241 094). This company was registered with the Australian taxation department to an Australian / Asian business man, Hock Guan Ong.

The exported products received by Mr Ong were worth US$98,000. Mr Ong transferred three instalments to Cusco Stores SRL, totalling the amount of US$40,000. As to date the balance of US$58,000 is still outstanding from Mr Ong. The bank has since refinanced Cusco Stores SRL with inflated interest, greater than 50%. Unable to make the payments, the bank foreclosed and auctioned our family home. With no capital or bank credit, my family and twenty-five other families of employees have been left in a distressed situation.

Cusco Stores SRL has not been able to operate without capital for the last 8 years and I have not been able to manage or work as a business professional. Additionally, my career prospects are limited to working for government departments only, due to my age.

As to date there has been no investigation or help from the Peruvian or Australian governments in this matter, which has led me to a most uncomfortable option. To explore a request from long term business relationships with companies in the production and export of handmade products, mostly in Alpaca.

I am appealing to the generosity of fellow company owners in the similar industry to unite with us through:

a) Financial support; working capital and the employment of 25 families would re-establish the company.

b) Partnering; having a share of the company.

c) Invest working capital; the production of products and selling products in respective countries, such as: USA, China, Russia, Australia, New Zealand and others.

d) Exclusive investor; invest with working capital, receiving the benefits and interest for the invested money.

e) Finally, friends, what we want is to have a working capital to reopen our workshop and we propose to make purchases, only that we will make the shipments after 3 months, we want to work and perhaps not receive gifts, please help us.

This individual called HOCK GUAN NGO with a pseudonym “Bing” of Malaysian origin, with a business legally established in Australia, scammed us with 58 thousand dollars, resources financed by the bank; causing us a loss of more than 200 thousand dollars, to a small company called Cusco Stores SRL, which generated labor for more than 15 artisan furriers and because of this damn scammer we were left without work.
We have resorted to the Australian embassy and they absolutely ignore our problem, in other words, that their companies in Australia are foreigners and they are ripped off by the government.
The Peruvian authorities have not moved a finger, by a company made up of small producers.
7 years have passed and it is very likely that he will continue to scam Peruvian companies and probably others from other countries, we alert you to avoid doing business with this type of human waste.

Este individuo llamado HOCK GUAN ONG con pseudonimo “Bing” de origen Malasio, con negocio legalmente establecido en Australia, nos estafo con 58 mil dólares, recursos financiados por la banca; ocasionándonos una pérdida de más de 200 mil dólares, a una empresa pequeña denominada Cusco Stores SRL, que generaba mano de obra de mas de 15 artesanos peleteros y por culpa de este ma***to estafador nos quedamos sin trabajo.
Hemos recurrido a la embajada de Australia y ellos ignoran absolutamente de nuestro problema, en otras palabras, que constituyan los extranjeros sus empresas en Australia y estafen con aval del gobierno.
Las autoridades peruanas igual no han movido un dedo, por una empresa constituida de pequeños productores.
Han pasado 7 años y es muy probable que siga estafando a empresas peruanas y probablemente a otras de otros países, le alertamos evitar hacer negocio con este tipo de basuras humanas.
