Studies and research have already shown this clearly. Giving mobile phones to children damages their development. It affects attention, behavior, learning, and emotional control. This is not opinion anymore. This is fact.
I’m not just talking from books. I’ve been around. I’ve seen it with my own eyes. In my own family. The moment a baby cries, parents shove a phone into the child’s hand. Not comfort. Not teaching. Just a screen. The crying stops, and the damage starts.
Then the child reaches elementary or primary school. The child demands a phone. Instead of saying no, parents buy it. Just like that. No thinking. No rules. No discipline. From that moment, the child owns a gateway to the entire world.
And that’s the problem.
When you give a child a phone, you are giving access to both good and bad. Po*******hy. Violence. Toxic ideas. Fake relationships. Brain-rotting content. You don’t know what your child is seeing, but their brain is consuming it. The brain is still developing. Whatever enters it shapes the child for life.
Our generation was different. We didn’t have access to the whole world in our pockets. We didn’t know po*******hy. We didn’t know adult relationships early. We learned life step by step. Our brains grew naturally. That’s why many of us are stronger mentally. More grounded. More disciplined.
Look at children today. Short attention. No patience. No focus. Addicted to screens. Angry without Wi-Fi. Lost without a phone. Phones are literally ruining them.
Let’s stop lying to ourselves.
The phone is the devil right there. Satan in digital form.
Parents, wake up. Take responsibility. Stop choosing convenience over your child’s future. Give them books. Give them learning. Give them time. Not a screen.
