In a homage to Bataan, she stands in a regal blue gown. The gown's hue is as vivid as its deeply rooted royal culture and history. Adorned with varying shades of blue stones, the gown also highlights the most precious art of the province, the Bataeños. As equally as beautiful as beaches and heritage sites of Bataan, its people possess an innate and intrinsic art in them, manifested in their conduct, festivities and artworks. In this moment, she elegantly blends tradition with contemporary grace. She becomes a living tribute to Bataan, ang bayan ng mga bayani at banal.
