OFFICIAL STATEMENT OF AC CLOSET GARMENTS TRADING:
It has come to our attention and we have personal knowledge that A&C Closet Trading has been using our photos and/or videos, specifically, the photos and/or videos of our products and our business name, to make it appear that they are a legitimate business and to pass off their goods and/or products as ours.
It bears emphasis that this is without our knowledge and consent.
A&C Closet has been dealing with several customers and has been deceiving them to part with their hard-earned money, in the guise of being AC Closet Garments Trading.
The series of fraudulent actions of A&C Closet Trading has seriously affected our good name and reputation, primarily because the general public now has a mistaken impression that A&C Closet Trading and AC Closet Garments Trading are one and the same. WE ARE NOT.
Worse, we are affected by their fraudulent acts, as people mistakenly believe that we have been defrauding them.
To prevent further fraud, please refrain from dealing, in any manner whatsoever, with A&C Closet Trading.
This official statement is made for PUBLIC AWARENESS and to protect our interest as a legitimate and registered business organization.
This is, not in any way, meant to malign, without any factual and/or lawful basis. Rather, this statement is made to inform the public for their own good.
We will be filing the necessary legal actions against the impostor organization.
