UPDATE:

We called and filed a complaint na po to J&T Express. However, since our shop is indirectly involved, J&T advised that victims file the complaints directly.

Kindly prepare the tracking number and send details to: [email protected] or you may call their hotline: (02) 8911 1888 or their Mexico, Pampanga branch where the transactions were processed, (045) 652 7924.

ADVISORY:

For those who received COD parcels alleged coming from Fashion Depot - Pampanga, we encourage you to please file a complaint to J&T. The parcels did not obviously come from us since we do not have any transactions prior. We do not have your contact details.

Will be using the details you sent us as evidences when we file our own complaint. Hopefully, J&T will act on this.

Warning to the public:

We have received a number of reports citing that J&T is attempting to deliver parcel to them allegedly coming from Fashion Depot. Transactions are all COD, amount to be collected varies from Php 500 to Php 1,300.

One was able to give payment as it was another household member who received the parcel on her behalf. Others were able to give us a call / send message to validate and check if the parcel came from us.
