Mellow Home – Terms & Conditions
By placing an order with Mellow Home, you agree to the following terms:
1. Product Condition
* Most of our ceramics are mall pull-outs, overstock, or thrifted items.
* Some pieces may have minor imperfections such as small chips, dents, light scratches, glaze inconsistencies, or signs of handling. These are disclosed whenever possible and reflected in the pricing.
* Please review all photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing.
2. **No Returns or Exchanges**
* All sales are final.
* We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for minor cosmetic flaws that have been disclosed or are visible in the product photos.
3. Shipping
* We carefully inspect and securely pack every order before shipment.
* Once your package has been handed over to the courier, Mellow Home is not liable for delays, mishandling, loss, or damage during transit.
* If your item arrives damaged, please record an **unboxing video from the sealed package until the item is fully opened**. Claims without a complete unboxing video cannot be accommodated.
4. Color & Appearance
* Actual product colors may vary slightly due to lighting and screen settings.
5. Reservations
* Reserved items must be paid within the agreed reservation period. Unpaid reservations may be canceled without prior notice.
6. Availability
* Most of our pieces are one-of-a-kind or available in limited quantities. Orders are confirmed only after payment has been received.
