We will mark the items SOLD once an order form has been sent for it. If the customer turns out to be a bogus buyer, cancels the order, or fails to pay within the allotted time, we will remove the SOLD mark from the item and it will be available again for the first person to send an order form for it. KHT accepts 2 payment methods at this time:
1. BPI Bank Deposit
-for orders that are to be delivered via courier;

2. Payment at KHT Chu’s Fashion Corner Boutique
-for Butuan City buyers who will pay for and pick up the items purchased, at the boutique. All customers who will be paying through BPI deposit must message KHT to inform us that payment has been made. Payment details will be sent through Facebook message. Deposits must be made within 3 business days from the submission of the order form. For Butuan customers who choose to pay at the boutique, you will have to visit KHT to pay for and pick up the items you ordered online, within 3 days from submission of the order form. SHIPPING DURATION
Our SHIPPING SCHEDULE is every Monday and Thursday. KHT items will be coming from Mindanao, so duration depends on where the shipping destination is. But the standard duration is around 2-3 days. However, if by any chance, your shipment arrives later than expected, KHT is NOT liable for any delay in shipment made by the courier. We will give you the tracking number of the package via email. You may then use this tracking number to track your shipment on the courier's website. We only ship within the Philippines. No international orders accepted until further notice. RESERVATION of Items is NOT ALLOWED. Only buyers sure to pay within 3 business days may order. SOLD OUT ITEMS
We do not re-stock most of our fashion items. We usually only re-stock on basic tees, tank tops and tube tops and some cardigans. We may note your requests for certain styles of items for our next buying trip and next batch of displays, but we do not allow any pre-orders. You’ll have to wait until we have posted the item for sale online or displayed them at the boutique. KHT reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notification.
