I apologized po if dko po kayo narereplayan agad dahil ito pong pag oonline selling ko po ay di ko pa sya totally hands on dahil isa po akong ofw,but i tried my best to give u fast updates regarding the items n kinukuha nyo po, and that's why i sent an automated mesg na pls direct on my personal account para mas mabilis ko po kayo mareplayan at matutukan..if you say na nagbusiness pa ko if di ko namn pla maasikaso, like wat i've said po i tried my best and soon maihandle ko na sya talaga.🙏❤🥰
Regarding naman po sa mga items na my mga factory defect not "damage" to be clear po magkaiba ang damage at factory defect which is namali ng tahi hndi napasadahan ng tahi, pag damage meaning my butas or something na hndi n matino un damit, i apoligized for dat po dahil even sa Thailand di na po yan nachecheck pa ng paisa isa..so as seller po na di ko nga po totally hands on i mean inuutos ko lang din po sa family ko sa pinas pag aasikaso mga items nyo even they are busy people but we tried our best..but pagkakamali po dahil sa pagmamadali hindi po namin ncheck ang items isa2.
The client/customer sent me n may "damage" ang item accdg. to her and the she showed me the video which is the sleeves was not damage but has defect (hindi naitahi yung pagkapuff) so i told her to send it back and then i will refund her.Suddenly my family forgot the other item which is blouse(dapat 2 items pero naship namin is dress lang).Sabi ko sa knya pag nabalik n ung dress saka ko po sya irefund even she has 1 item paid(blouse) for assurance po ba kc we are not a kind of person na mangscam but i understand her namn po..in short she sent it back..the parcel already arrived today this afternoon, my husband took the parcel and he told me na may item n dineliver which is galing ky client.
The client sent me a message na nadeliver na ang item which is naunahan nya ako na magmesg s knya kasi may mga bagay pa ako gnagawa which is my work din ako may alaga ako dementia patient and she is awared about this, i told her that i will send her refund later..3 hours ago she sent me a mesg again "Sis any update" i response that di po ba makapagintay sabi ko po irefund kita later kc kausap ko lang family ko..She thinks that i forgot my obligation then after dat nagalit sya sinabi n dapat d day na nagreport sya may "damage" daw un item dapat agad2 ko sya nirefund, kc may 1 pa daw sya item skn n bayad na..for me bago ko irefund sya totally gusto ko hawak ko item ko, and then if i said po magrefund ako magrerefund po ako..sana magkroon dn po sana ng pasensya ang iba esp kung alam nyo naman po situation ko and aware kau ofw ako..kaht kausap ko po family ko she said now na irefund na as in now kc daw sama ugali ko as seller sya nadaw nahihiya..and nagyabang pa n seller dn sya pero di gnito ugali nya..wla npo ako time mkpagtalo pa pero di sya tumigil sabi ko irefund ko na sya ng magtigil lang ba sya sabay block po kasi wala po ako panahon sa mga customer na di po minsan makaunawa po nakiusap nq at nagpasensya sa halagang 1k po di ko sisirain ang pagging seller ko..salamat po ❤
