The truth is simple: Treating job applications like a game only shows one thing: You’re not ready for the future you say you want. Opportunities don’t chase people who aren’t serious. The habits you build now — laziness, inconsistency, “I’ll do it later” — become the reality you live in later.

To those who are employed: Appreciate your job. There are countless applicants ready to take your place the moment you treat the opportunity lightly. If you’re not serious, someone else will be. How you approach a job today will echo in the future you build for yourself.

At the end of the day, you need the employer more than the employer needs you..🫡
