TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Order Acknowledgement/Confirmation
For ON-HAND Items:
Once Order Form is SENT, it is considered SOLD. Please WAIT for acknowledgement of order via PM or SMS. Please Settle your Account within 3 DAYS only. Once Payment has been settled, Please PM or TEXT us the following:

WAIT for comfirmation of the said payment via PM or TEXT. You will be notified with a Tracking Number once the Product is shipped. (*Only for those items needed to be shipped.) SHIPPING:
Allow 1- 3 WORKING DAYS delivery after the day of payment IF THERE IS NO DELAY ON THE COURIER'S PART. Cut-Off time applies. NO SHIPPING during HOLIDAYS AND SUNDAYS. However, in the event that there may be delays, Jac's Collection will not held liable for the delay as this is already on the courier's end. SHIPPING FEE will be SHOULDERED BY THE BUYER, unless indicated as Free Shipping. DELIVERY:

Cancellation of orders: Please read 1st line of Order Acknowledgement/Confirmation for On-Hand items.:)
RESERVATION OF ITEMS:
Only 3 DAYS will be given TO MAKE WAY for others who are also interested with the said item. For PRE-ORDER items:
Fill out the Order Form and PM it if you are already 101% sure and is WILLING TO WAIT. For Total Amount ordered BEYOND P200, 60% of the TOTAL AMOUNT is REQUIRED to be settled BEFORE IT WILL BE PROCESSED after Cut-Off or you can fully pay the amount. The other 40% will be fully paid once the Items are ready to be Shipped or Given (if w/in CDO). For Total Amount BELOW P200, Full Payment is required BEFORE IT WILL BE PROCESSED.
***Unless stated otherwise that item must be fully paid before it will be processed for Total Amount BEYOND P200. Only 5 days will be given to settle the Full Payment. Failed to do so will forfeit your initial payment. No Refund since there is no cancellation of orders. SHIPPING:
WAIT for 1-2 WEEKS to receive the item after the Cut-Off. The rest of the shipping terms are the same as the On-Hand Terms and Conditions.
