>All prices are fixed and EXCLUSIVE of domestic shipping fee, the buyer will shoulder the shipping cost.

>Please take note that once an order form has been submitted to us, NO cancellations or changes are allowed. FOR PRE-ORDERED ITEMS:

>We require atleast 60% deposit (This is to assure us that you are sincere in purchasing the item/s). Remaining 40% shall be paid upon arri

val in the Philippines.

>We STRICTLY require that Payments should be made ON OR BEFORE the DEADLINE OF PAYMENT EVERY BATCH, However, we have the right to change the Cut-Off date due to unpredictable volume of orders, also to consider the date of our Shipper's schedule date of shipping to the Philippines and due to changeable pricing, on sale, limited stock, special edition and/or rare items. We will be announcing in our FB wall Page.

>If Payment was NOT made UNTIL THE CUT-OFF DATE, and if CANCELLED by buyer, we will force to post the buyer/s as JOY RESERVER/ BOGUS BUYERS. Will not be entertained and will be blacklisted in our shop.

>Estimated Time of Arrival of the items in the Philippines is 3~4 weeks after shipping out from Korea. Once your order arrived in the Philippines, pay your balance immediately.

>MUST settle the remaining balance within the given deadline of payment, otherwise failed to process the payment we will CANCEL the order/s and only 50% of deposited payment will be refunded. For clarification. Maybe some of you are wondering kung bakit ang ikli ng order cut off at deadline of payment. It is because April 25 ang release ng album at marami raw ang umoorder kya nagkakaubusan na. And we are trying to have the first press of course. So, we're only assuring the makakakuha kami ng first press. So I hope this answer all your questions and doubt na we're not LEGIT SELLER.
