Last night, we watched Spider-Man: Brand New Day! 🍿🎬

My honest rating? It’s probably the slowest Spider-Man movie so far—but I wouldn’t call it the worst.

If you’re expecting the fun, fast-paced style of Tom Holland’s first two Spider-Man films, this one feels very different. It’s more mature, dialogue-driven, and focuses more on building the future of the story than delivering nonstop action. There are fewer jokes and fewer big action scenes.

It also feels like it’s setting up something much bigger, with hints that connect to future Marvel stories and the X-Men universe.

Kids might find it a bit boring because of the slower pace, but longtime Marvel fans will likely appreciate where the story is heading.

The ending especially suggests that Spider-Man’s future adventures will go far beyond being just your “friendly neighborhood Spider-Man.” 🌌🕸️
