Please read before booking/reserving 💖

1️⃣ FOR RENT ONLY
• We do NOT sell gowns.
• Strictly for rental only.

2️⃣ NO DELIVERY POLICY
• Meet-up / Pick-up only.
• Customers must personally claim and return the gown & dress.

3️⃣ Payment First Policy
• Payment or required down payment must be settled first to confirm reservation.
• First to pay = First to reserve. period!

4️⃣ No Reservation Without Payment
• No payment/Down payment, no reservation.

5️⃣ Return Policy
• Gowns must be returned on or before the agreed date.
• Late returns may have additional charges.

6️⃣ Handle With Care
• Please avoid stains, tears, burns, or damages to the gown.

7️⃣ Damaged / Lost Items
• Customers are responsible for any major damage or missing items/accessories.

8️⃣ No Cancellation / No Refund Policy
• Payments and reservation fees are non-refundable.

9️⃣ No Washing Needed
• Please do not wash the gown. We will handle cleaning.
