Today's order really broke our hearts. It was all packed and ready to go but the buyer cancelled and has stopped replying ☹️. To all shoppers, please read and be reminded of the shop rules. To BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK. NO CANCELLATION allowed. KNOW YOUR SIZE. Please read our shop policies and rules in every post before commenting!! It only takes a few minutes.

We are full-time college students running this shop as a side hustle. We don't have the luxury of time to entertain joy miners and bogus buyers. We don't have a physical shop due to covid protocols, and our sanitized products are not available for fitting for potential buyers. From now on, we will impose a payment first policy. Let us both respect our time and efforts especially when your personalized orders have been packed. So much effort goes into this process but we love doing this so much and we hope you show us the same love that we show you. Our business may be small, but we know we all deserve better.
