SUBJECT: Deadline for the Wearing/Submission of Uniforms
This memorandum is issued to inform all concerned personnel that the deadline for compliance with the prescribed uniform requirement shall be October 15, 2026.
All personnel are reminded to ensure that their required uniform is complete, appropriate, and in accordance with the prescribed standards on or before the stated deadline. Everyone is expected to make the necessary preparations well in advance to avoid delays or non-compliance.
Accordingly, all concerned are directed to:
1. Secure and prepare the prescribed uniform before the deadline;
2. Ensure that the uniform meets the required specifications and standards; and
3. Observe the deadline of October 15, 2026 without exception unless an authorized extension is granted.
The SASO reminds the students of the following:
1. Students from first year to third year should wear uniform on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. Those students who have already uniform, kindly wear it as you enter the university.
2. Wednesday is considered "wash day" and all students are expected to wear an attire which is decent, comfortable and not revealing.
3. Organizational T-shirts should be worn during Wednesday, Saturday and activities related to Student Organization.
4. For students with corporate uniforms, p*s follow the schedule provided by your College.
5. Fourth year students should wear your internship uniform with ID and nameplate in your field whether you are having your training inside or outside the university.
6. For LGBT students, present you certification and letter of intent to the security guards and to your professors for your gender preference.
7. PATHFIT uniforms should be worn during the assigned schedule. After your class, you change and wear the university uniform. You can wear your PATHFit uniform directly when you enter the university if your PATHFit class is your first subject in the morning or your first subject in the afternoon.
8. If you do not have class and you have transactions in the university, please wear decent attire as one of the policies in the School.
9. Always wear your ID as you enter the school premises and cooperate to our security personnel for inspections of bags. All students with motorcycle and other vehicle should cooperate for security purposes.
10. Always wear appropriate footwear: black shoes for regular days and rubber shoes for wash day, Saturday and Sunday.
Strict compliance with this memorandum is expected. Any concerns regarding the uniform requirement should be brought to the attention of the appropriate office or person-in-charge before the deadline.
Please be guided accordingly and ensure full compliance.
Note: October 15, 2026 falls on a Thursday, not Wednesday.
