Terms and Conditions

By booking a Maxim rider you agree to these terms.
​1. Delivery: Service is exclusively via Maxim. You must set the pin to VG Pension and Residences for pickup/drop-off. Failure to set the correct pin may result in cancellation.
​2. Pricing:
​Rate: P159 per 8 kgs (Full Wash, Dry, Fold, using generic detergent/softener). Weight over 8kgs costs extra.
​Separation Rule: Whites & colors MUST be in separate bags. Each bag is a separate P159 charge.
​Add-ons: Branded detergent, bleach, or fabcon incurs an additional fee.
​Payment: You pay the Maxim delivery fee directly to the rider. Laundry payment (including add-ons) must be settled before drop-off.
​3. Preparation: Use sealed bags. Do not include cash or sharp objects. Clearly communicate special instructions before the rider's arrival.
​4. Service & Liability: Be ready for the rider immediately. Maxim is liable during transit. Our shop's liability for lost or damaged items is limited to 10x the laundry cost. Report claims within 24 hours
