I am Patrick John, 35 years of age, currently battling Chronic Kiddney Disease. Due to my medical condition, I am unable to work right now. I am undergoing Hemodialysis twice a week and I spend more than 10,000 foe my monthly maintenance. Through these tough times, your geneerosity is a big help.
