📣 Flextime Policy for Ramadhan
As Ramadhan approaches, we stand with our Muslim brothers and sisters, especially the Bangsamoro community, in honoring this sacred time of faith, reflection, and family.
This proposed bill is being filed to help formalize flexible work hours for government offices, agencies, and state universities in the region, ensuring that work arrangements remain respectful of religious observances during Ramadhan.
Through this initiative, we hope to uphold human dignity, promote well-being, and foster a more compassionate and inclusive public service.
