Even though I wasn’t selected as a participant, I’m still very happy to have received an invitation to attend *Scaling Smart: The System Behind Sustainable Growth* under the CATALYST Pilot Program of the Philippine Innovation Hub – Marikina Enterprise Center.

The event was packed with valuable insights from the speakers. As a startup founder, I found the Q&A session especially helpful because the answers were straightforward, practical, and easy to apply.

One of my biggest takeaways from the event was the importance of building strong systems and a healthy company culture. It reminded me that sustainable growth isn’t just about increasing sales—it’s also about creating processes and values that support long-term success.
