hello, everyone! ❤️

please take a moment to read our disclaimer, which is sent via pm with every order. NO OPENING VIDEO = NO REFUND / NO EXCHANGE for missing items or item-related issues. this is strictly required for us to properly report and resolve any concerns.

just today, one of our loyal customers experienced an issue where mined items were missing from the parcel, except for the freebie. we have already reported this incident and are taking preventive measures to help avoid the same situation from happening again.

moving forward, we will be changing the color of our pouches and having our own customized packing tape as additional security measures. These are precautionary steps to help protect both our shop and our valued customers.

however, we still need everyone’s cooperation. please make sure to record a complete, uninterrupted video BEFORE and WHILE opening your parcel. this will serve as our proof when filing a report and requesting assistance in case of missing items or other issues. without the required video, we may not be able to process a refund or exchange.

we truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation. thank you so much for your continued trust and support! 🫶

see you all on our next live! 💗
