Aside from my skin asthma & eczema.
I have also KIRATOSIS PILARIS.

What is KIRATOSIS PILARIS (KP)?
condition that causes dry, rough patches and tiny bumps, often on the upper arms, thighs, cheeks or buttocks. The bumps usually don't hurt or itch.

Parang syang sandpaper. Dry at Magaspang. Yun iba tawag nila dito butlig. Pwede to tumubo sa legs, arms, cheeks or buttocks.

ANU CAUSE?
Keratosis pilaris is caused by the buildup of keratin β€” a hard protein that protects skin from harmful substances and infection. The keratin blocks the opening of hair follicles, causing patches of rough, bumpy skin.

BEST TO KEEP YOUR SKIN ALWAYS MOISTURIZE & HYDRATED. Dry skin tends to make KP WORSE.

HOW TO TREAT "KIRATOSIS PILARIS" EFFECTIVELY ?
2 THINGS TO REMEMBER.
1. EXFOLIATE but no to sobra peeling or harsh exfoliation.
2. KEEP MOISTURIZE. Do not let your skin dry so much.

3. Heavy moisturize. I use PURE ARGAN ROSEHIP OIL on particular part where my KP is located.
4. After i use my exfoliating soap for 2 mins. I rinse and use FUYU advance moisturizing & healing soap from shiki beauty soaps.
