An easier, safer, and more secure way to pay using iPhone, Apple Watch, iPad, and Mac is now available
Apple Pay in the Philippines is supported by four initial banks and financial institutions at launch last August 4:
✅UnionBank (Visa credit and debit cards)
✅Metrobank (Selected credit and debit cards)
✅China Bank / Chinabank (Selected cards)
✅GoTyme Bank (Visa debit cards)
How to Add Your CardOpen the Wallet app on your iPhone or Apple device.
Tap the + (plus) sign in the upper right corner.Follow the onscreen instructions to scan or manually enter your eligible card details.
Major local banks like BDO, BPI, and RCBC are not yet supported as of August 2026, though more partner banks are expected to be added in the future. You can check official compatibility updates directly through the Apple Support for Asia-Pacific page.
Apple Pay is only available on selected merchants as of today. List is already available at Apple’s website.
