Thank you for choosing Jessys Collections and for trusting us to be part of your special moments. To maintain the quality of our gowns and provide the best experience for every client, we kindly ask everyone to observe the following policies:

• No Cancellation Policy
A reservation is considered final and confirmed once the down payment has been received. As each booking requires us to reserve the outfit exclusively for you and dedicate time, preparation, and effort, down payments are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Fitting Etiquette
For the care and preservation of our gowns, we kindly request that clients arrive fresh and with proper hygiene before trying on any outfit. Please avoid wearing strong perfumes or coming directly from activities that may leave odors on the garments. This helps us keep every piece in excellent condition for all our valued renters.

We sincerely appreciate your understanding, respect, and cooperation. These policies allow us to maintain the quality, cleanliness, and elegance of every gown while ensuring fair service for everyone.
