During the Holy week

I never do fasting on food

But i do fast on

Getting angry

Last year I did a 40 day fasting.

It was not getting mad nor angry towards my staff at Big Poppa’s Deli.

And what was meant to be a 40 day fast turned into forever.

Until the Deli closed down. I never was once angry towards my staff ever again.

If we look at fasting this way.. it’s much better. It’s not limited to food but it’s more on life.
