📌 LAY-AWAY & INSTALLMENT POLICY
Thank you for shopping with us! To keep your shopping stress-free, here are the terms for our flexible payment plans:
1. Down Payment / Reservation
A [20%] non-refundable down payment is required to lock in your order and reserve your item(s).
Unreserved items remain available to other buyers.
2. Payment Term & Schedule
Lay-Away: Payable up to [90 Days]. You can pay any amount at your convenience, provided full payment is made by the deadline.
Installments: Payable in [2 to 4] equal payments (e.g., weekly or bi-weekly).
We will send a friendly payment reminder before your due date!
3. Item Release & Shipping
Items will be processed for shipping or pickup only after full payment is cleared.
4. Cancellations & Forfeiture
Cancellations or unpaid balances past the due date will result in cancellation of the order.
Down payments are non-refundable but can be converted to store credit on a case-by-case basis.
5. Accepted Payment Methods
GCash / Maya / Bank Transfer (BDO, BPI, etc.)
