As you can see the buyer asked if she will receive the goods on January 26, 2025 (This is normal since some bakeries deliver fresh goods)
The seller confirmed by saying ok. Our buyer paid them.
January 26, 2025 no goods arrived and our buyer asked for a tracking number, the order was supposed to be used throughout the week.
--as you can see below from the photos the package did not arrive on the agreed date and when the seller said it will arrive on Thursday nothing arrived, Saturday the buyer confronted the seller but they were not replying only when the buyer commented on the page post they replied. The seller informed there was damages from the package and they need to send a new one. The buyer said no and opt for a refund because they did not need it anymore for the next week. The shop did not want to refund.
The shop should have informed the buyer that the goods were damaged and will not arrive on time.
