Gentle reminder‼️

Due to recent issues with the J&T Delivery Hub VICTORIAS CITY, one of the packages I sent was reported by the buyer to have missing/stolen items 📦

The parcel arrived opened, with holes in the shipping pouch, and was suspiciously patched with a sticker 🩹 beside the 📄 waybill.

As a frequent J&T suki, I know the pouch normally comes with just the waybill attached and no extra stickers, covers or tears specially on the waybill.

So I kindly remind all my buyers to 📸 take photos and 🎥 video of their parcels upon arrival. This helps us document any issues and avoid incidents like this in the future.
