Healthy Eyes as You Age

As we age, changes in our vision become more common—but many conditions can be managed with early diagnosis and treatment.

Common age-related eye conditions include:
👁️ Cataracts
👁️ Age-related macular degeneration
👁️ Glaucoma
👁️ Dry eye disease

Routine eye examinations help keep your vision clear and your eyes healthy throughout the years.

Healthy aging includes healthy vision.

PUBLIC ADVISORY FROM THE PHILIPPINE ACADEMY OF OPHTHALMOLOGY: Beware of unproven eye medicine, eye drops, and eye devices that are being peddled as a cure-all or prevention of different eye conditions. Consult your ophthalmologist for the proper care of your eyes.

💙 National Diabetes Awareness Week 💙

Do not ignore this:

Warning Signs You Should Never Ignore

Some eye symptoms require prompt medical attention.

Visit an eye doctor if you experience:
⚠️ Sudden vision loss
⚠️ Persistent eye pain
⚠️ Flashes of light or new floaters
⚠️ Double vision
⚠️ Red eyes with blurred vision

Ignoring these symptoms could delay treatment for serious eye conditions.

Your vision is too important to put off.
